Just a heads up, the ebook versions from Informit are not yet available even tho amazon has the kindle version released. I ordered the physical and ebook version from Informit (need the PDF, not Kindle version). For some reason, I expected them to have the ebook version available immediately even if the physical wasn’t shipipng yet. . . impatiently waiting

I’ve been told Nook is available as well, but apparently InformIT is lagging a bit. The good news is the book will be in the publisher’s warehouse this week so they will start fulfilling the physical orders shortly. InformIT should get their copies a bit sooner than Amazon etc, if that helps.
InformIT did release the ebook today. I’m happily reading it now.
And the print version is now available also
